Ela-Max® (lidocaine 4%) is a strong non-prescription topical anaesthetic that allows minimal irritation during dermatology procedures. It has faster onset and a longer duration of anesthesia compared to lidocaine preparations in conventional creams.

Ela-Max® can provide a temporary relief solution to lessening the local discomfort, sensitivity and pain that can occur during hair removal, permanent makeup and other cosmetic procedures. It is also effective in the temporary relief of pain and itching due to minor burns, sunburn, minor skin irritations and insect bites.

To use: Apply a thick layer to the skin about 20-30 minutes before a cosmetic procedure. Use it in one small area at a time and wash it off with a damp cloth when the procedure is complete. Do not leave it on for longer than 2 hours.
