Simply apply Hydroquinone 2% once a day. Used daily for several months, Hydroquinone produces excellent results. It is most effectively administered over the entire face or skin area rather than focally on hyper pigmented spots.

The avoidance of the sun and the use of a sunscreen (SPF of 15 or more) can reduce the incidence of the patches.
