Cross Dressing Makeup and Styling Tips for Blonde Hair and Fair skin:

Foundation: Click here for a basic tgCosmetics step by step guide to applying a flawless foundation.

A beauty mark is a classic accent. Use the tgCosmetics dark charcoal eyebrow pencil to draw a tiny but defined dot on the lower cheek between the nose and the mouth.

It’s the eyelashes that have it all. Go dark, thick and long. Allow 1- 2 minutes after each application of tgCosmetics mascara to avoid smearing. With a tgCosmetics dark pencil eye liner ( or tgCosmetics liquid liner if you prefer) add a line above the lash, thin toward the nose and wider toward the ear with a slight, one eighth inch, stroke in an upward direction at the outside crease of the eye.

A little color goes a long way on light skin. Go easy with blush. Consider mild pinks, apricots or peach shades. The shade should be just a few tones darker than your natural skin tone. Stay with muted pinks in warmer shades and peachy tones. Brush tgCosmetics pressed powder blush over the apples of your cheeks, upward around the temples to just above. (Strongest color should fall at the temples). After foundation, apply loose powder in a dabbin, rolling motion. Apply a wash of eye shadow all over the eyelid with no specific definition.

Beware. Pink foundations and powders, frosted opaques, vivid fuchsias shades will make mature skin look older, dated and drain color from skin.

HINT: Apply lipstick often and carefully, always with a mirror. Check frequently to be sure your color has not faded, every hour or so. For the brows, shape with a tweezers and place a slightly lighter tone just below the brow to bring out the arch. If you have light brows define them by filling in lightly with a taupe or cocoa brow pencil. Emphasize even more with French Mocha eye shadow for a beautiful dramatic look. tgCosmetics Lipshades that look great with light to medium blond hair: Parisian Pink, Dune Rose, Porsche Red, Champagne Rose, Misty Mauve, Rustique. Crossdressing Style Tips
Try a scarf for a dramatic accent. Wear it on your head with sunglasses for a mysterious, interesting look of fame. Pick a shimmering, silky texture for day or evening to wear tied or hanging around the neck. Add a pin to secure it at your shoulder. Accent a color in the scarf to match a shade that picks up the color in your outfit. If your outfit is monotone, choose a contrasting color.

Camouflage a thick waistline by wear clothing that hides the waist and tummy such as waistless dresses, shirts with shirt tails to be worn outside, light blazers and loose thin sweaters. Try out special padded undergarments that add shape to the hips, derriere and enhance the bust. Dark colors and long V-neck lines on jackets, sweaters, shirts and dresses are always sliming and flattering.

Gloves are a classic look that completes the outfit for special events, parties, weddings and glamour evenings. If you are going to buy a wig, consider a good quality, medium length wig of synthetic or real hair to really make the look work. Don't go cheap on the wig, people will notice. Expect to pay $65-$125 for a good one. A seam in your stockings is quite sexy. Go strapless for special evenings, Do cotton pastels during the day. Emphasize the bustline by adding a breast form. Moving and holding yourself in a feminine way is important in passing. Observe how women move, gesture, walk, and talk as a reference. Then practice with a mirror or friend.
Restrooms: When you are out and dressed, if you have to go to the restroom, use the ladies room, not the men's. Plan ahead, avoid drinking to much and seek un-crowded rest rooms.
